• Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, joint venture, agent, or representative of JUNKGO for any purpose.
• Contractor has full control over how services are performed and is solely responsible for all business operations, taxes, filings, and legal obligations.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create employment under Florida law or any federal law.

JUNKGO provides no guarantee of work volume, job availability, income, or earnings. Company may:

• Accept or reject any application
• Assign or withhold jobs at any time
• Suspend or terminate platform access for any reason

Contractor assumes all risk, liability, and responsibility for any work performed. Contractor agrees JUNKGO is not responsible for:

• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Third-party claims
• Vehicle accidents
• Job site incidents
• Lost wages or business interruption

Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JUNKGO, including its owners, officers, affiliates, partners, employees, customers, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Contractor’s work or conduct
• Negligence or misconduct
• Property damage or injury
• Violation of laws or regulations
• Contract disputes
• Insurance issues or lack of coverage

Contractor is solely responsible for maintaining, at their own expense:

• General Liability Insurance
• Commercial Auto Insurance (if applicable)
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if required by law)
• Any other coverage required under Florida law or job requirements

Contractor is fully responsible for all required:

• Business licenses
• Occupational licenses
• Local permits
• DOT or transport compliance (if applicable)
• Florida state and federal law compliance

JUNKGO assumes no responsibility for Contractor licensing status.

Contractor authorizes JUNKGO or third-party providers to perform background checks at any time, including criminal history, identity verification, and related screenings permitted under Florida and federal law.

Contractor is fully responsible for:

• Vehicle(s)
• Fuel
• Tools
• Labor
• Equipment
• Staffing

JUNKGO provides no equipment, reimbursement, or operational support unless agreed in writing.

Contractor may NOT:

• Represent themselves as an employee of JUNKGO
• Misrepresent authority or affiliation
• Use the JunkGo brand without written permission
• Collect payments under the JunkGo name unless authorized

All customers, leads, and business opportunities provided by JUNKGO remain the exclusive property of JUNKGO. Contractor may not:

• Solicit JunkGo customers directly outside of assignments
• Circumvent Company for private work
• Retain customer information for personal use

JUNKGO may terminate, suspend, or restrict Contractor access to jobs immediately and without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Poor performance
• Safety concerns
• Customer complaints
• Policy violations
• Business discretion

Contractor may also terminate at any time.

• Defined per job or written agreement
• Subject to change at any time
• Not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed

JunkGo reserves the right to withhold payment for disputes, damages, or violations.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, JUNKGO shall not be liable for any: Direct or indirect damages Lost income or profits Business interruption Personal injury or property damage Legal disputes involving Contractor

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts with proper jurisdiction.

By checking the agreement box and submitting this form, Contractor acknowledges: They have read and understood this Agreement They voluntarily accept all terms This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable law

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or understandings and constitutes the full agreement between parties.
